TicketZen simplifies the stressful process of managing parking tickets by providing an all-in-one solution to search, pay, and dispute tickets with ease. As the UX/UI Designer, I guided the project from initial research to high-fidelity prototyping, focusing on creating an intuitive experience that addresses user frustrations—like tracking multiple tickets and navigating cumbersome payment processes.

The platform features a streamlined ticket search, a dispute submission process, and seamless payment integration, all within a clean and user-friendly interface. TicketZen is designed to save users time and reduce hassle, empowering them to manage parking tickets efficiently and with confidence.
